Affirmative action needs to be taken immediately to prevent further out breaks. Individuals just believe they are above the law and the reality is the system does not result in any serve punishment being given. There should be a curfew in place and if your found out on street in large numbers past a certain time then you should be either shot and arrested or in most cases both!"
